“ We had a large party of 15 and our server Summer provided excellent service! She was friendly, efficient and we will request her the next time we come in. Everyone's food was hot and delicious and my portion of flounder was so big I brought half home. The view was breathtaking and we enjoyed watching the colors in the sky change every few minutes. It was a perfect get together. Would definitely recommend. ”

“ Excellent experience! We went for my husband's birthday, so his entree was free AND he got a free piece of cake at the end. It was a bit crowded, we had to wait for a few minutes so had a drink in the bar, my first time having a banana margarita, which was great. For dinner, we started with half an onion loaf, which was so big I asked the server if it was really only half. Yes! The servers (we had two, one in training) were both super, friendly and helpful. I had she crab soup, so good! My husband's prime rib was huge and tender, our son's ribs and BBQ pork combo also large and tasty. I was so full from the onion loaf and soup that I took my cheeseburger home for lunch the next day. And last, but not least, the ocean front view is superb. All in all, a pretty perfect night. ”

“ I haven't seen a Damon's in about a solid 20 years. The last one in my area closed up back in the early to mid 2000's, so seeing this was a treat. Being the first time we visited Myrtle Beach we didn't know what was popular/good in the area. We came here on our first night, while on vacation. By time we arrived and got settled it was late and we were hungry. Damon's was right down the street so we went there for simplicity. To our surprise it was, what I thought it may be when we pulled up. Yeah, I was a bit excited. Being a tourist spot and it being peak season the wait wasn't to bad. We choose to sit outside and enjoy the lovely weather! The service was pleasant, and atmosphere was nice. My go to was ribs, as it's what they were known for years ago. As a chain restaurant I wasn't blown away by any means, but the food wasn't bad either. It was a bit pricier than it tasted, but seeing it's a tourist trap and the name on the building the price wasn't upsetting, especially when vacationing. If we were to go back to Myrtle I don't know if I would go out of my way to try them again, as I wasn't that impressed, but if we did visit and wanted to make a safe decent decision I would return if experimenting wasn't the goal. ”

“ Damon's is a bar and restaurant chain that specializes in prime rib, steak, and their award winning ribs. This oceanfront location has indoor and outdoor seating. I wasn't impressed with this place the first time I was here, but my family loves the oceanfront view so I decided to give them another chance. My experience this time around was much better. All the food was enjoyable and our server Merrill was great. He was friendly, respectful, and accommodating. He was also able to take an order from a party of six without writing anything down. Impressive. There does seem to be some inconsistency at this location, but overall; good food, great service, and beautiful ambiance.
